目的:测定变应性鼻炎患者接受舌下含服特异性免疫疗法治疗前后外周血单核细胞(PBMC)IL-4及IFN-gamma水平的变化,探讨其治疗变应性疾病可能之机制。方法:选择40例对尘螨过敏的变应性鼻炎患者,给予粉尘满滴剂舌下含服1年。测定治疗前后外周血IL-4及IFN-gamma水平。另选30例健康志愿者行对照研究。结果:治疗前患者的IL-4为(58.2±7.5)ng·L-1,及IFN-gamma为(66.4±14.2)ng·L-1,与健康对照间存在统计学差异;治疗后IL-4下降为(38.1±6.3)ng·L-1及IFN-gamma上升为(103.2±28.2)ng·L-1,与治疗前水平也存在统计学差异。结论:舌下含服免疫治疗疗效明显,可能通过改变外周血IL-4及IFN-gamma水平,调节Th1/Th2平衡而达到疗效。
Objective: To determine the changes of IL-4 and IFN-γ in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) before and after sublingual oral immunotherapy in patients with allergic rhinitis, and to explore the possible mechanism of allergic rhinitis in the treatment of allergic diseases. Methods: Forty allergic rhinitis patients who were allergic to dust mite were selected and given sublingual powder for 1 year. Peripheral blood IL-4 and IFN-gamma levels were measured before and after treatment. Another 30 healthy volunteers control study. Results: The levels of IL-4 in patients before treatment were (58.2 ± 7.5) ng · L-1 and (66.4 ± 14.2) ng · L-1, respectively, which were significantly different from those in healthy controls. 4 decreased to (38.1 ± 6.3) ng · L-1 and IFN-gamma increased to (103.2 ± 28.2) ng · L-1, respectively. Conclusion: Sublingual immunotherapy has obvious curative effect, which may be achieved by changing the level of IL-4 and IFN-gamma in peripheral blood and regulating the balance of Th1 / Th2.
