分层教学是“着眼于学生的可持续性的、良性的发展”的教育观念下的一种教学实施策略。所谓分层教学(同班分层次教学)就是教师在教授同一教学内容时,对同一个班内不同知识水平和接受能力的优、中、差生以相应的三个层次的教学深度和广度进行合讲分练,使每个学生都在自己原来的基础上学有所得,思有所进,在不同程度上有所提高,同步发展。我认为实行“分层教学”法要做好以下几个方面。
