对辙叉用高锰钢进行不同的时效处理,采用金相显微镜、扫描电子显微镜以及X射线衍射仪等方法对其微观组织进行分析。结果表明,在300℃即使时效了20 h,高锰钢的组织和性能的变化也是很小的;在350℃时效10 h,仅仅发生碳原子的偏聚或者微量的析出,对高锰钢力学性能的影响也是轻微的;在400℃时效10 h,针状碳化物析出得很充分,导致高锰钢的严重脆化;当时效温度为600℃的时候,仅时效了0.5 h,高锰钢即发生了共析转变,生成珠光体。
The frog with high manganese steel for different aging treatment, the use of metallographic microscope, scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction methods such as microstructure analysis. The results showed that the microstructure and properties of high manganese steel changed little even after aging at 300 ℃ for 20 h. For the aging time of 10 h at 350 ℃, only carbon segregation or trace precipitation occurred, The effect of performance is slight; when aging at 400 ℃ for 10 h, the precipitated acicular carbide is sufficient, leading to severe embrittlement of high manganese steel; when the aging temperature is 600 ℃, the aging time is only 0.5 h, That is, the eutectoid transformation took place and pearlite was produced.
