面对学校内部冲突,中小学管理者要清晰把握冲突的内涵,识别冲突的类型,了解冲突产生的复杂原因,并意识到传统冲突处理方式存在的突出问题。学校管理者化解冲突时,需要引导冲突各方真诚倾诉与倾听,进而寻求创意合作,秉持接纳并鼓励冲突的积极态度,化解重要的冲突事件并敦促思想交锋,以“满足最低要求”形式关注各方利益,构建增进理解的信息沟通网络,整合学校目标及内部结构,从而质性化解冲突。
In the face of internal conflicts in schools, primary and secondary school managers should clearly grasp the connotation of conflicts, identify the types of conflicts, understand the complex causes of conflicts, and recognize the prominent problems in the traditional way of dealing with conflicts.
