自1992年8月9日至1992年11月7日,我科采用开塞露治疗产后尿潴留50例,取得满意效果。产后尿潴留的病因大概可分为几种,一种是思想障碍,因会阴部有切口,下蹲时怕疼;另一种是分娩后腹压降低,致膀胱肌麻痹;再就是产程中儿头压迫膀胱三角区水肿,致排尿困难。本文50例,其中臀位15例,第二胎5例,胎吸15例,巨大胎儿15例,均为产后6至10小时不能自行排尿者,有15例曾用过热敷、按摩方法,10例应用中药
