介绍一种在自研超精密金刚石车床上实现的基于PC的刀具补偿算法,该方法采用多缓冲区结构和多任务调度技术,充分利用PC的性能,提高了系统的效率。同时,对于刀具补偿的转接轨迹的计算方法作了改进,具有算法简洁、运算精度高的特点。该方法具有良好的通用性,适用于各种类型的机床。
A PC-based tool compensation algorithm is introduced in self-developed ultra-precision diamond lathe. The method adopts multi-buffer structure and multi-task scheduling technology to fully utilize the performance of the PC and improve the system efficiency. At the same time, the method for calculating the transfer path of tool compensation has been improved, which has the advantages of concise algorithm and high precision of operation. The method has good versatility and is suitable for all types of machine tools.
