资本方对企业的主导力量正在慢慢减弱,这已是一种趋势4月8日晚,太原狮头水泥股份有限公司发布公告,公司控股股东狮头集团拟公开征集受让方并协议转让所持公司全部5277万股股份,占公司总股本的22.94%事宜,确定了最终受让方。此前2天,河池化工亦公告,控股股东河化集团已与宁波银亿控股公司签署股权转让协议,转让股份为29.59%。2016年第一季度,A股国资背景上市公司至少有6家公告公开征集股权受让方,这让市场投资者有了久违的兴奋。(见表)
