2011年7月起,上海将原参加综合保险、小城镇社会保险的用人单位及其从业人员“转”入城镇职工社会保险。此项经办工作涉及用人单位近20万户,从业人员近360万人。尽管前期做了充分的准备工作,但全市社保经办服务大厅仍经历了前所未有的压力和考验。
Since July 2011, Shanghai has already participated in the comprehensive insurance, employing units of social insurance for small towns and their employees to “turn” into the social insurance for urban employees. The handling work involves nearly 200,000 employers, employing nearly 360 million people. Despite the preparatory work done in the early stage, the city’s social security service lobby still underwent unprecedented pressures and tests.
