将低碳经济的道德追问设定为两重向度,是从伦理维度对低碳经济扩展思考的现实反映。对低碳经济价值取向的道德追问是要考察支撑低碳经济发展的人的价值取向是否与具有“应然”意义的道德价值相契合以及相契合的状况。对低碳经济何以实现的道德追问则是要求人们明确,低碳经济的全面实现不仅需要资金保障与技术支持,更需要一种普遍的“类意识”的树立。
Setting the moral pursuit of a low-carbon economy as a dual dimension is a reflection of the thinking on expanding the low-carbon economy from the ethical dimension. The ethical question about the value orientation of low-carbon economy is to examine whether the value orientation of people supporting the development of low-carbon economy is in accordance with the moral value of having the meaning of “should ”. The moral pursuit of a low-carbon economy is to ask people to make it clear that the full realization of a low-carbon economy requires not only financial support and technical support, but also a universal “class awareness”.
