一、概述1956年3月,鞍鋼中型厂一台連續式加热炉炉底水管,成功的实現了强制循环的汽化冷却。运轉过程的实践表明,汽化冷却在連續式加热炉上的採用,具有一定的經济价值。採用汽化冷却的加热炉的主要技术性能:炉子有效长度:18米炉子有效寬度:5.5米燃料(热发生炉煤气)发热量:Q 低=1,450~1,500大卡/米~3炉子能力:50~60吨/小时水冷却时冷却水所带走的最大热量:3.67×10~6大卡/小时
