罂粟碱为阿片类生物碱,由于其具有舒张血管的作用,临床应用广泛,由其引发的各种并发症也是屡见不鲜。近些年来在颅内动脉瘤术中应用罂粟碱导致的多种并发症:血流动力学改变、瞳孔改变、高热和代谢性酸中毒、脑血管痉挛加重、癫痫发作以及视网膜脉络膜梗死等国内外均有报道,虽然各种并发症发生的机制目前尚无定论,但针对这些并发症所作出的防治措施临床意义重大,本文就罂粟碱导致的并发症及其防治措施进行综述,以供广大神经外科医生参考。
