目的 :研究胃癌 CD4 4V6、nm2 3- H1蛋白表达与淋巴结转移的关系。方法 :应用免疫组化SP法。结果 :胃癌 CD4 4V6、nm2 3- H1阳性率分别为 61 .4%和 45.2 % ,伴有淋巴结转移者 CD4 4V6、nm2 3- H1阳性率分别高于和低于无淋巴结转移者 (P<0 .0 1 )。结论 :转移相关基因和转移抑制基因之间的失衡是导致胃癌淋巴结转移的分子机制之一 ,CD4 4V6、nm2 3- H1可作为胃癌淋巴结转移的重要生物学标志物
Objective: To study the relationship between the expression of CD4 4V6 and nm2 3-H1 in gastric carcinoma and lymph node metastasis. Methods: Immunohistochemical SP method was used. Results: The positive rates of CD4 4V6 and nm2 3-H1 in gastric cancer were 61.4% and 45.2% respectively. The positive rates of CD4 4V6 and nm2 3-H1 in patients with lymph node metastasis were significantly higher than those without lymph node metastasis (P <0. .0 1). Conclusion: The imbalance between metastasis-associated genes and metastasis-suppressor genes is one of the molecular mechanisms leading to lymph node metastasis of gastric cancer. CD4 4V6 and nm2 3-H1 may be important biomarkers for lymph node metastasis of gastric cancer
