运用文献资料法及问卷调查法等,以同济大学选修有氧操课程的45名女大学生为研究对象,经过一学期的有氧操练习后,对其锻炼前后的各项身体指标进行了测量,从生理学等角度对有氧操的锻炼效果进行了较全面地研究,结果显示:有氧操是一项多功能、价值高、适合女生练习的项目,对减肥、塑身和提高身体机能、素质具有显著效果。长期的有氧操练习不仅可以使体内利用脂肪的能力增强,达到减少体脂、改善体形的目的;还能提高呼吸功能及人体有氧工作的能力,预防心血管疾病的发生。
Using literature and questionnaire survey, 45 female college students who took aerobic exercises in Tongji University were selected as research subjects.
