随着人们寿命的进一步延长,老年疾病尤其是老年缺血性心肌病的病死率随年龄增长而逐渐增加。研究表明,60岁以上每增加10岁心血管病的病死率则增加1倍左右。因此,老年缺血性心肌病心力衰竭无疑将是未来医疗领域所面临的最重大挑战之一。本研究在常规治疗缺血性心肌病心力衰竭患者方案基础上应用米力农注射液取得良好临床效果,报告如下。
With the further extension of people’s life expectancy, the mortality of elderly patients, especially elderly patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy, gradually increases with age.
