随着大量流动人口涌入城市和他们在异地工作时间的推移,进城务工人员随迁子女的教育问题特别是在流入地参加高考的问题日益凸显。这不仅关系到流动人口子女的未来发展,更关系到教育公平和教育政策的完善。本文目的在于跟踪研究上海的进城务工人员随迁子女异地高考政策,探究其政策缘起与影响,并为此政策今后的完善与发展提供决策参考。
With the influx of a large number of floating population into the cities and their work time in different places, the education of migrant children migrating to urban areas, especially the influx of entrance exams, has become increasingly prominent. This is not only related to the future development of children of migrant workers, but also to the improvement of educational equity and educational policies. The purpose of this paper is to track and study the policy of college entrance examination of migrant children living in cities in Shanghai, to explore the origin and impact of its policies, and to provide the decision-making reference for the future improvement and development of this policy.
