本文报告2例肾综合征出血热致血胸。均为男性病人,年龄分别为60岁和35岁,均居住在出血热疫区。例1因发热、头痛6天,咳嗽伴左胸痛3天,于1999—04—05收入呼吸内科。入院前3天摄胸片未发现异常,2天前胸片示左胸腔中等量积液。入院后查体:体温36.7℃,脉搏92/min,端坐呼吸35/min,血压14.6/10.0kPa(109/75mmHg)。皮肤注射部位见大片瘀斑,面部潮红,口唇发绀,颈静脉轻度怒张。左胸背部第7肋间以下叩诊浊
This article reports 2 cases of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome caused by hemothorax. All male patients, aged 60 and 35 respectively, live in the hemorrhagic fever epidemic area. Example 1 due to fever, headache for 6 days, cough with left chest pain for 3 days, in 1999-04-05 income respiratory medicine.
