汽车制造业一直是塑料应用最为关注的领域之一。环保、轻质、节能是未来汽车的发展主题,而塑料是成就这一理想的重要材料。最初由于塑料在硬度及耐热性能上与金属有较大距离,在一些关键部件上塑料难以取代金属。但近年工程塑料在性能上实现重大突破,市场上出现越来越多适合汽车应用的工程塑料。最新的汽车内饰部件、仪表板、杂物箱盖、座椅及方向盘模块已广泛应用塑料,其他汽车的重要组成部分如导风管、挡泥板及车窗等也都开始使用塑料。
Automotive manufacturing has always been one of the areas of greatest concern to plastic applications. Environmental protection, light weight and energy saving are the topics for the future development of automobiles. Plastic is an important material for achieving this ideal. Initially due to the plastic in the hardness and heat resistance and metal with a larger distance, in some key components of the plastic is difficult to replace the metal.
