“民以食为天”,所以吃喝是人类生存一个永恒的话题。唐代医学家孙思邈说:“生之本,必资于食。不知食宜者,不足以存生也。”德国哲学家费尔巴哈说:“人必须先吃饭而后思维,而不是先思维而后吃饭。”然而,吃喝并不是一个物质层面的简单的温饱问题,更是一个有着丰富文化内涵的精神问题,还时时刻刻折射着社会风尚和时代的变迁。在当代中国,吃喝同样是透视中国的成长、变化与问题的一扇极好的窗口。让我们对吃喝的问题进行一番审视和辨析,使我们的精神世界随着中国经济的腾飞而丰富起来。
“People use food as their heaven”, so eating and drinking is an eternal topic for human survival. Tang Sang-yi, a medical scientist in the Tang Dynasty, said: “The foundation of life is to be fed by food. Ignorant food is not enough for survival.” German philosopher Feuerbach said: “People must eat first and then think instead of thinking first. Then eat.” However, eating and drinking is not a matter of simple food and clothing on the material level. It is also a spiritual issue with rich cultural connotations. It constantly reflects the changes of social trends and times. In contemporary China, eating and drinking is also an excellent window into China’s growth, change and problems. Let us examine and discriminate the problems of eating and drinking so that our spiritual world will be enriched as the Chinese economy takes off.
