我国对于教育的重视程度不断提高,教育机制改革一直在不断进行之中,中小学校长领导能力是保证教育改革顺利实施和有效运行的保证。因此进行中小学校长领导能力的评价机制体系的研究则有着重要的意义。校长领导能力的提升要同当前信息时代的快速发展进行有机结合,本文以大数据背景下中小学校长领导能力的评价体系进行研究。首先对中小学校长领导力的相关概述进行研究分析,阐述了大数据背景下建立校长领导力评价体系的必要性和意义,分析大数据背景下中小学校长领导力评价体系存在的问题,并提出了大数据背景下优化中小学校长领导力评价体系的建议。
The emphasis on education in our country has been continuously raised. The reform of the educational mechanism has been going on continuously. The leadership ability of primary and secondary school principals is the guarantee for the successful implementation and effective operation of the educational reform.
