Ted has been worried all week. Last Tuesday he received a letter from the local police.
In the letter he was asked to call at the station. Ted wondered why he was wanted by the police. He went to the station yesterday and now he is not worried anymore.
At the station， he was told by a smiling policeman that his bicycle had been found five days ago.
The policeman told him the bicycle was picked up in a small village four hundred miles away. It is now being sent to his home by train.
Ted was surprised when he heard the news. He was amused too， because he never expected the bicycle to be found. It was stolen twenty years ago when Ted was a boy of fifteen！
泰德一周以來都很忧心。上周二他收到一封当地警察局寄给他的信。
信中说让他给警察局打电话。泰德想知道警察为什么找他。他昨天去了警察局，现在他不忧心了。
在警察局，一个面带笑容的警察告诉他，他的自行车五天前找到了。
警察告诉他自行车是在400英里外的一个小村庄找到的，现在正用火车运回他家。
泰德听到这个消息后感到很吃惊，同时也很开心，因为他从未指望他的自行车还能被找到。自行车是在20年前被偷走的，那时候泰德还是个15岁的男孩！
