目的:建立天麻、玉竹、平贝母、牛蒡子中有机氯类农药六六六的4种异构体、滴滴涕的4种异构体、五氯硝基苯、六氯苯、百菌清、三唑酮残留量的测定方法,考察不同产地药材中农药残留情况。方法:样品用非极性混合溶剂提取,硫酸磺化,采用DB-1701毛细管柱及电子捕获检测器,外标法测定。结果:12种农药在0.4~250μg.L-1的浓度范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系;回收率为68.5%~117.5%。结论:毛细管气相色谱法测定天麻、玉竹等中药材中12种有机氯农药的残留量的测定方法可靠。
OBJECTIVE: To establish four isomers of organochlorine pesticides, such as Tianma, Polygonatum, Fritillaria and Arctium, four isomers of DDT, pentachloronitrobenzene, hexachlorobenzene and chlorothalonil , Triadimefon determination of residual amount of pesticides in different areas to examine the situation of pesticide residues. Methods: Samples were extracted with non-polar solvent and sulfonated with sulfuric acid. The samples were determined by DB-1701 capillary column and electron capture detector. Results: The 12 pesticides showed a good linear relationship with the peak area in the concentration range of 0.4 ~ 250μg.L-1. The recoveries ranged from 68.5% to 117.5%. Conclusion: The method for the determination of 12 organochlorine pesticide residues in Gastrodia elata Blumee, Polygonatum and so on by capillary gas chromatography is reliable.
