目的:观察麋鹿角不同提取部位对甲亢阴虚大鼠的影响及其作用机制。方法:采用甲状腺素造成大鼠甲亢阴虚症模型,通过考查模型动物的物质代谢、痛阈值、血清中内分泌激素水平及血清生化指标的变化,观察麋鹿角不同提取部位对阴虚大鼠的作用,并初步探讨其机制。结果:麋鹿角醇提部位对于甲亢阴虚症模型大鼠有明显的补阴功效,能显著调节阴虚大鼠的物质代谢、提高其痛阈值,并能调节血清中内分泌激素水平、提高抗氧化能力。结论:麋鹿角醇提部位对于阴虚症大鼠有明显疗效,其补阴功效与其调节神经内分泌网络功能密切相关。
Objective: To observe the effects of different extraction sites of elk antler on hyperthyroidism and Yin deficiency in rats and its mechanism. Methods: Thyroxine was used to induce the model of hyperthyroidism in rats. The effects of different parts of elk antler on the rats with yin deficiency were observed by examining the changes of substance metabolism, pain threshold, serum levels of endocrine hormone and serum biochemical indexes. And preliminary discussion of the mechanism. Results: The antlers of elk antler had obvious Yin-replenishing effect on rats with hyperthyroidism and yin deficiency syndrome, which could significantly regulate the metabolism of substance and increase the pain threshold of Yin-deficient rats, as well as regulate the level of endocrine hormone in serum and increase the antioxidant capacity . Conclusion: Elk antler alcohol extract has obvious curative effect on Yin deficiency rats, and its effect of supplementing Yin is closely related to its regulation of neuroendocrine network function.
