在当代教育改革实践中,教师的工作职能出现了深刻变化,这种变化极大地提高了教师劳动的复杂程度和创造性质。教师发展是历史进步的必然要求,是信息时代教育改革的呼唤。同时,信息时代的经济与社会发展又为教师发展创造更多的条件。
In the practice of contemporary education reform, the work functions of teachers have undergone profound changes. Such changes have greatly increased the complexity and creative nature of teachers’ work. Teachers’ development is an inevitable requirement of historical progress and a call for education reform in the information age. At the same time, the economic and social development in the information age has created more conditions for the development of teachers.
