试压是检验工程质量,确保投产成功的重要手段之一。所以不论是炼油装置内的工艺管道,还是装置外的系统管道,以及装置内外的钢制埋地管道,在装置投产、埋地前都必须进行强度或严密性试验。而试压区段的划分、试压盲板的结构形式和厚度等,一般设计图纸和文字说明中不作规定,由施工单位自己选定。管道试压用盲板在管道施工中用量很大。目前管道试压一般采用平盲板,其厚度按下式计算:
