目的:通过观察临床症状及肝生化、乙型肝炎病毒标志物、HBV DNA载量及中医症状、舌象脉象等指标变化,评价复肝汤联合阿德福韦酯治疗HBeAg阳性慢性乙型肝炎的疗效,探讨中西医结合治疗慢性乙型肝炎在抑制病毒复制、减轻肝脏炎症、提高e抗原血清转换、改善临床症状等方面的作用。方法:将60例HBeAg阳性慢性乙型肝炎患者随机分为治疗组30例,对照组30例,治疗组服用复肝汤联合阿德福韦酯,对照组为单用阿德福韦酯。疗程均为24周。观察用药前、用药12周、24周时的肝生化指标、乙型肝炎病毒标志物、HBV DNA载量、临床症状及舌象脉象的变化。结果:两组均能降低HBV DNA载量,改善肝生化指标和临床症状。在部分指标上治疗组优于对照组。结论:复肝汤联合阿德福韦酯治疗HBeAg阳性慢性乙型肝炎有较好的疗效,安全性良好。
Objective: To observe the clinical symptoms and liver biochemistry, hepatitis B virus markers, HBV DNA load and symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine, tongue and pulse and other indicators of change Fufang Tang combined with adefovir dipivoxil treatment of HBeAg-positive chronic hepatitis B Curative effect to explore the treatment of chronic hepatitis B with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in inhibiting viral replication, reducing inflammation in the liver, increasing e antigen seroconversion and improving clinical symptoms. Methods: Sixty HBeAg-positive chronic hepatitis B patients were randomly divided into treatment group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases). Fufanggan decoction combined with adefovir dipivoxil in treatment group and adefovir dipivoxil alone in control group. The course of treatment was 24 weeks. The changes of liver biochemical markers, hepatitis B virus markers, HBV DNA load, clinical symptoms and tongue pulse were observed before treatment, 12 weeks and 24 weeks after treatment. Results: Both groups could reduce HBV DNA load, improve liver biochemical indicators and clinical symptoms. In some indicators, the treatment group was better than the control group. Conclusion: Fugan Tang combined with adefovir dipivoxil treatment of HBeAg-positive chronic hepatitis B has a good effect, good safety.
