本文介绍了近年来上海地区两幢高层建筑工程中应用60m 长预应力混凝土桩的情况,一幢房屋为33层,另一幢为36层。这种桩的断面为50cm~2,有一个φ24cm 直径的空腔,有效预应力5.0Mpa~5·5MPa,采用500~1600号混凝土.通过量测.桩在 MH 72B 重型柴油锤的打击下,最大锤击压应力达到33.0MPa.拉应力达到11.5MPa。即使是穿越了3m~8.5m 厚,比贯入阻力为10.5Mpa~15·0MPa 的砂性土层.桩身、接头也都完好无损.说明桩的受力性能是良好的。
This article describes the application of 60m long prestressed concrete piles in two high-rise building projects in Shanghai in recent years. One house has 33 floors and the other has 36 floors. The cross-section of this pile is 50cm~2, there is a cavity with diameter of φ24cm, effective prestress is 5.0Mpa~5·5MPa, and 500~1600 concrete is adopted. Through measuring, the pile is struck by MH 72B heavy-duty diesel hammer. The maximum hammering compressive stress reaches 33.0 MPa. The tensile stress reaches 11.5 MPa. Even if it passes through 3m to 8.5m thick sand, it has a sand resistance of 10.5Mpa to 15.0MPa. The pile and joints are also intact. The pile’s stress performance is good.
