2012年,出版上市企业在主业经营、产业链升级和多元化拓展表现不俗。不过,投资项目的缺乏和投资进度的缓慢,也反映出其资金使用效率不高等问题。随着各家出版上市企业2012年年报的公布,这些公司2012年的经营业绩已呈现在公众眼前。本文以主营图书出版发行的上市出版企业为研究样本,基于其年报数据,透视上市出版企业2012年业绩表现,分析其投资战略重点,把握出版业发展趋势。
In 2012, listed listed companies performed well in main business, industrial chain upgrade and diversified development. However, the lack of investment projects and the slow progress of investment also reflected the inefficient use of funds. With the publication of the 2012 annual reports of listed public companies, the operating results of these companies in 2012 have been presented to the public. Based on the annual report data, this paper analyzes the performance of listed publishing companies in 2012, analyzes the strategic focus of their investment, and grasps the development trend of the publishing industry.
