由 8个高粱亲本组成 1 /2P(P +1 )双列杂交试验 ,采用Hayman等人的双列分析法 ,对叶长、叶宽、叶面积、叶角、叶向值进行遗传分析。结果表明 ,除叶面积存在显著的上位性效应外 ,其余 4性状均符合加性—显性模型。叶角、叶向值以加性效应为主 ,叶长、叶宽、叶面积显性效应起主要作用。叶角、叶向值以低值为部分显性 ,叶长、叶面积以高值为超显性。叶面积的狭义遗传力最低 ,为 3 1 .6 9% ,而叶角较高为 89.83 %。
The 1 / 2P (P +1) double crosses of eight sorghum parents were used to analyze the leaf length, leaf width, leaf area, leaf angle and leaf orientation by Hayman et al. The results showed that except for the significant epistatic effects of leaf area, the other 4 traits accorded with additive-dominance model. Leaf angle and leaf value are mainly additive effects, and leaf length, leaf width and leaf area dominant effect play a major role. Leaf angle, leaf value to the low part of the dominant, leaf length, leaf area at high values for the super-dominant. The narrow sense of heritability of leaf area was 31.69%, while the leaf angle was 89.83%.
