岁末年初,向来是海南旅游的黄金季节。回首2004年,海南旅游发生了许多重大变化。先是海南旅游的龙头、方向标的三亚旅游,在世界小姐总决赛首次在此举办等要事喜事的推动下,出现了明显的转型增效的发展势头;5月28日,规模空前的全省旅游产业发展大会召开,卫留成省长在会上提出了把海南建设成中国“旅游强省”的奋斗目标……本刊2004年第6期曾倾力推出一组特别策划,对全省旅游产业发展大会、三亚旅游、海南旅游产品的开发和改造、旅游的宣传和促销等,多方面多角度进行了报道或专文探讨。但是,在海南旅游不断向转型增效方向发展的同时,也暴露出一些不可忽视的问题。这其中有的是转型阶段的结构调整所产生的“阵痛”,有的则是海南旅游业长期积弊的必然冒头。向左走?向右走?怎么走?不进则退,当前的海南旅游确实已经走到了一个十字路口。近日,本刊邀请了多位业界资深人士,就海南旅游存在的深层次问题,尤其是现行旅游管理的体制和作为,进行一次小小的“会诊”。希望我们的探讨能为海南旅游解决存在的问题,走好下一步有所帮助。

Recently, this magazine invited a number of industry veterans to conduct a small “consultation” on the deep-seated problems of tourism in Hainan, especially the current system and act of tourism management. I hope our discussion can solve the existing problems for tourism in Hainan and take the next step to help.
