品德课程是以儿童的社会生活为基础,以促进学生良好品德形成和社会性发展为目标,以综合课为课程形态,是一门对小学生进行启蒙思想教育的课程。教学时,教师要结合教材,采用科学方法,深化教材内容,让学生接近生活,从生活中发现问题,在生活中解决问题,把学到的知识运用到生活中,提高品德课的实效性。
