遵照伟大领袖毛主席关于“工业学大庆”、“鼓足干劲,力争上游,多快好省地建设社会主义”的教导,坚持电子技术为农业、工业、国防、科学技术现代化服务的方针,成都科学仪器厂、成都电讯工程学院、铁道科学研究院机车车辆所组成工厂、学校、科研单位三结合的班子,从1974年8月开始到1975年6月为止,在不到一年的时间内,研制成功BF-11型波形分析仪。该仪器全部采用国产的TTL集成电路元件;原来的电机械转换电路也采用了由“与非”门组成的电子转换开关。因此仪器具有体积小、重量轻、耗电省等优点,便于携带、可供实验室或工程现场测试用。
