据《中华医学杂志》1997年10月77卷第10期报道 上海第二军医大学免疫学教研室曹雪清,赵勇教授,为探讨粒纲胞巨噬细胞集落刺激因子诱导红白血病细胞分化过程中,树突状细胞的产生及其抗原提呈功能的变化,采用流式细胞仪、电镜技术和~3H-TdR掺入法等,观察丁粒细胞巨噬细咆集落刺激因子处理后FBL-3细胞表型、超微结构及抗原提呈功能的变化。
