患儿,女,5岁。主因双乳房胀大1月,阴道出血3天,于1990年4月20日入院。查体:一般情况好,侧乳房弥漫增大,无结节,无触痛。心肺正常,肝脾未触及。右下腹可触及一肿物,上界达脐下三指,质硬,活动,腹水征(-),双侧腹股沟淋巴结未触及。妇科检查:外阴无阴毛,色素沉着,大阴唇丰满。子宫大小正常,其右侧可触及一儿头大小之囊性肿物,表面光,活动,无明显触痛。B超检查:右侧卵巢囊肿。
Children, female, 5 years old. Mainly due to double breast enlargement in January, vaginal bleeding for 3 days, on April 20, 1990 admission. Physical examination: the general situation is good, side of the breast diffuse increase, no nodules, no tenderness. Cardiopulmonary normal, liver and spleen not touched. Right lower quadrant can reach a tumor, the upper bound of the navel three fingers, hard, activity, signs of ascites (-), bilateral inguinal lymph nodes not touched. Gynecological examination: vulva no pubic hair, pigmentation, labia majora plumpness. Normal uterine size, the right side of the reach of a cystic size of the tumor, the surface light, activity, no obvious tenderness. B-ultrasound: the right ovarian cysts.
