鱼类热值是指鱼体的各种干物质在完全燃烧后释放出的热量值。它是鱼类积累其环境能量能力的反映,也是衡量水域生态系统中生产力转化效率的指标之一。本文通过对鱼类及其各种器官的热值比较,主要分析了水温对鱼类能量积累的影响及种间的差异。
The calorific value of fish refers to the calorific value released by the various dry matter of the fish after it has been completely burned.
