Stewart于1947年首次描述,应用肾成形术或肾折迭术,去解除下极迷走血管所致梗阻引起的肾积水。肾成形术是用肾本身折迭,使肾脏上、下极合拢在一起的一种方法。最终使下极血管离开肾盂输尿管交界处而牵向肾门,同时分离肾盂输尿管交界处的粘连。在某些肾积水的病例中,可作为有希望的初步治疗。
Stewart first described in 1947, the application of renal angioplasty or renal folding surgery to remove subvocal vascular obstruction caused by hydronephrosis. Renal angioplasty is a method of folding the kidney itself so that the upper and lower kidneys come together. Finally, the inferior vena cava left ureteropelvic junction and lead to the renal door, while separating the ureteropelvic junction adhesions. In some cases of hydronephrosis, can be used as a promising initial treatment.
