中国有句老话叫“格物致知”(语出《礼记·大学》),意思是推究事物就能求得知识。“格物”是对实物的探察,也就是现代的所谓实验。通过实物推究,验证物理,这是科学研究的途径,也是科学研究的应有精神。敢于怀疑,善于求证,是现代人才的必备素质。实验精神应该从小培养。因此,当我们发现这种可贵的实验精神在青少年—代身上孕育、成长的时候,不禁难抑一份欣喜。作文《奇怪的“左顷现象”》为其中生动一例。原文如下:
