本文依托江苏省S324睢宁至宿迁段大修工程,对某高性能抗车辙再生沥青混合料的配合比及性能进行了研究,研究表明,添加高性能抗车辙剂不增加配合比设计工序;混合料的高温抗车辙性能显著提高,强度性能、水稳定性能及低温抗裂性能均有不同程度的改善。工程实施过程表明,高性能抗车辙剂未明显增加拌和工艺,摊铺及碾压等工艺与常规热拌沥青混合料控制方法相同。
Based on the overhaul project of S324 Suining-Suqian section in Jiangsu Province, this paper studied the mix ratio and performance of a high-performance anti-rutting reclaimed asphalt mixture. The results show that adding high-performance anti-rutting agent does not increase the ratio design process; Of the high temperature rutting performance was significantly improved, the strength performance, water stability and low temperature cracking resistance have varying degrees of improvement. Engineering implementation process shows that high-performance anti-rutting agent did not significantly increase the mixing process, paving and rolling processes such as conventional hot mix asphalt control method is the same.
