降低油莱芥酸和硫葡糖甙的含量是当前油菜品质育种的重要目标,通过优质和杂种优势利用相结合是达到这一目标的途径之一。杂交油菜高芥酸和低芥酸的育种进展,在国内已有报道,而甘蓝型油菜双低“三系”的选育信息,国内尚属少见。我所1980年突破了甘蓝型油菜的“三系”配套后,在此基础上,1982年又开始了甘蓝型油菜双低“三系”杂交转育工作,至1984年成功地取得了甘蓝型油莱双低“三系”选育配套。
Reducing the oil content of erucic acid and thioglucoside is an important goal of current breeding of rapeseed. One of the ways to achieve this goal is through the combination of high quality and heterosis utilization. The breeding progress of high erucic acid and low erucic acid in hybrid rapeseed has been reported in China. However, the breeding information of double low “three lines” in rapeseed is rare in China. After I broke through the “three lines” of rapeseed in 1980, on the basis of that, I started the “three lines” crossbreeding work of double low rapeseed in 1982 and succeeded in obtaining the cabbage type in 1984 Low double oil “three lines” breeding package.
