目的 探讨自我效能在首发脑卒中患者健康素养与自我管理间的中介效应.方法 采用便利抽样方法对102例首发脑卒中患者应用HLS-SF12健康素养调查问卷、一般自我效能感量表(GSES)、脑卒中自我管理行为量表进行调查.运用Pearson相关分析调查健康素养、自我效能、自我管理之间的相关性,采用分层回归法检验自我效能在健康素养和自我管理间的中介效应.结果 首发脑卒中患者健康素养得分19.68±8.57分,健康素养整体水平低下;自我效能得分24.08±7.15分,为中等偏低水平;自我管理得分为135.43±23.00分,处于中等偏下水平.Pearson相关分析显示,健康素养与自我效能、自我管理三者呈显著正相关(r=0.45、0.50,P<0.01);自我效能与自我管理呈显著正相关(r=0.90,P<0.01).自我效能在健康素养与自我管理间存在部分中介效应(P<0.05),中介效应占总效应的76.80%.结论 自我效能在健康素养和自我管理间具有中介作用,自我效能对自我管理具有重要的预测作用.“,”Objective To explore the mediating effect of self-efficacy on health literacy and self-management in patients with first-episode stroke. Methods HLS-SF12 health literacy questionnaire, general self-efficacy scale (GSES) and stroke self-management behavior scale were used to investigate 102 patients with first stroke by convenience sampling. Pearson correlation analysis was used to investigate the correlation between health literacy, selfefficacy and self-management, and hierarchical regression method was used to examine the mediating effect of self-efficacy on health literacy and selfmanagement. Results The score of health literacy in patients with first-episode stroke was 19.68±8.57 points, and the overall level of health literacy was low. The score of self-efficacy was 24.08±7.15, which was medium low level. The score of self-management was 135.43±23.00, which was below the medium level. Pearson correlation analysis showed that health literacy was significantly positively correlated with self-efficacy and self-management (r =0.45, 0.50, P<0.01). Self-efficacy was positively correlated with self-management (r=0.90, P<0.01). There was a partial mediating effect between health literacy and self-management (P<0.05), and the mediating effect accounted for 76.80% of the total effect. Conclusion Self-efficacy plays a mediating role between health literacy and self-management, and self-efficacy plays an important role in predicting self-management.
