通过电子探针、X-射线衍射、扫描电镜分析研究江汉油田钻具腐蚀产物的全元素构成、物相组成、腐蚀形貌以及测试钻井液滤液化学性质等,确立了江汉油田复合盐钻井液对钻具的腐蚀主要由氧的阴极去极化作用控制的观点;指出钻井液中的盐及复盐、处理剂、介质的pH值、温度、冲刷速度等通过氧的排驱,扩散速度改变以及材料表面形成钝化膜或缓蚀剂膜而影响钻具腐蚀的进一步发生;因此适合于江汉油田复合盐钻井液的缓蚀剂应是一种抗温、抗复合盐、成膜性强、耐冲刷和具有除氧功能的多效剂。
By means of electron probe, X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy, the whole element composition, phase composition, corrosion morphology and filtrate chemical properties of drilling fluid in Jianghan Oilfield were studied. It is pointed out that the salt, double salt, treating agent, medium pH value, temperature and scouring rate of drilling fluid are changed by oxygen displacement and diffusion rate and Therefore, the corrosion inhibitor suitable for composite salt drilling fluid in Jianghan Oilfield should be a kind of anti-temperature, anti-complex salt, strong film-forming property and resistance to corrosion Scour and multi-effect with oxygen scavenging capabilities.
