用蝮蛇抗栓酶对32例高原红细胞增多症患者进行治疗,剂量每天为0.5u~0.75u,15天为一个疗程,11例患者用药两个疗程,2例重症患者用三个疗程。治疗前后观察全血粘度、血浆粘度、全血还原粘反、红细胞压积、Hb、RBC血液学指标及微循环,结果显示治疗后上述血液学指标均有明显的降低,血脂亦有同样的改变,提示甲蝮蛇抗栓酶治疗高原红细胞增多症是有效的。其机理是蝮蛇抗栓酶可能有抗凝、去纤、溶栓、降脂等作用,从而降低血液粘度、加速血液流动,改善微循环和组织缺氧,减少红细胞的过度增生。
32 cases of high altitude polycythemia patients treated with viper antithrombotic therapy, the dose 0.5u ~ 0.75u day, 15 days for a course of treatment, 11 patients treated with two courses, two cases of severe patients with three courses . The whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, whole blood reduced adhesion, hematocrit, Hb, RBC hematological indexes and microcirculation were observed before and after treatment. The results showed that the above hematological indexes were significantly decreased and the blood lipids also had the same changes , Suggesting that armor snake antithrombin treatment of high altitude polycythemia is effective. The mechanism is that viper antithrombotic enzymes may anticoagulant, defibrillating, thrombolysis, lipid-lowering effect, thereby reducing blood viscosity, accelerate blood flow, improve microcirculation and tissue hypoxia, reduce the excessive proliferation of red blood cells.
