水利水电概预算工作座谈会于1986年11月1日至7日在湖南召开。参加会议的有水利电力部有关司、局,直属勘测设计院,流域机构,武警部队和全国27个省、自治区、直辖市水利水电厅(局),以及部分省属设计院的代表共80余人。水利水电规划设计院杨睦九同志主持了会议。
The water conservancy and hydropower budget work forum was held in Hunan from November 1 to November 7, 1986. The participating ministries and commissions of the Ministry of Water Conservancy and Electric Power, the survey and design institutes immediately under the jurisdiction of the river basin, the Armed Police Force, the water conservancy and hydropower department (bureau) of 27 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government as well as representatives of some provincial design institutes totally attended the conference. Water conservancy and hydropower planning and Design Institute comrades Yang Muji presided over the meeting.
