我县在省、地领导的关怀和各级有关部门的支持下,从1992年开始对县属企业进行了以产权制度改革为核心、建立现代企业制度的改革,四年来县属工业企业完成了三大步伐改革,即理顺产权、转换机制、调整结构,基本实现了产权清晰,政企分开、责权明确、科学管理的现代企业制度。全县国有、集体、乡镇骨干企业110户,改制66户。预算内国有企业66户,其中改为股份制24户,其他形式改制32户,改制国有企业85%,县经贸委系统16户工业企业全部改完。
