本文分析了轴承零件淬、回火后的组织形态对使用寿命的影响。指出淬、回火后的组织形态与淬火前的退火组织有着密切的关系。研究了一种利用锻造余热进行快速球化退火的方法,获得的显微组织中碳化物细小、呈球状、大小相近、分布均匀,淬、回火后的显微组织良好。力学性能和台架试验表明,经锻热退火的轴承零件具有高的弯曲强度、压碎强度、耐磨性、接触疲劳抗力和使用寿命。附图10幅,表5个,参考文献16篇。
This article analyzes the bearing parts quenched and tempered tissue morphology on the service life. It is pointed out that the microstructure after quenching and tempering is closely related to the annealing structure before quenching. A method of rapid spheroidizing annealing by forging residual heat was studied. The microstructure of the obtained microstructure was fine, spherical, similar in size and uniform in distribution. The microstructure after quenching and tempering was good. Mechanical properties and bench tests show that hot forged annealed bearing components have high flexural strength, crush strength, wear resistance, contact fatigue resistance and service life.
