近来,我国政府采取了多种政策措施加强对宏观经济的调控,各方面都取得了较好的效果,但是,我国的房地产业仍出现了过热的问题。其中的一个重要原因就是地方政府定位不准,出现了越位和缺位并存的问题,使得宏观措施在执行过程中被软化、调控效果大打折扣。对此,进行了深入的分析,并提出了相应的政策建议,以期对和谐社会的构建有所裨益。
Recently, our government has adopted various policies and measures to strengthen macroeconomic regulation and control and has achieved good results in all aspects. However, the real estate industry in our country still has the problem of overheating. One of the important reasons is that the local government is not allowed to position itself. There is a problem of the coexistence of offsides and absences. As a result, the macroeconomic measures are softened during the implementation process, greatly reducing the effectiveness of the regulation and control.
