移动支付就是允许用户使用任何形式的移动终端(通常是手机)对所消费的商品或服务进行账务支付的一种服务方式。一个优秀的移动支付平台设计不应仅仅定位在平台的可用性层面,而更应该落实于用户的情感诉求。所谓情感诉求,就是指运用各种手法,以寻求最能够引发受众的情感共鸣为出发点,从而使受众从心里上接受你所宣扬的内容。享誉全球的认知心理学家—唐纳德·A·诺曼(Donald Norman)其著作《情感化设计》以本能(Visceral)、行为(Behavioral)、反思(Reflective)这三个设计的不同维度为基础,阐述了情感在设计中所处的重要地位与作用,深入的分析了如何将情感融入到产品的设计中去,解决了物品的可用性与美感之间的矛盾。这一理论反应了人们认识和感受普遍事物的本质规律,同样也适用于移动支付平台的设计。
Mobile payment is a service that allows users to use any form of mobile terminal (usually a cell phone) to pay for the goods or services consumed. An excellent design of mobile payment platform should not only be positioned at the level of availability of the platform, but more should be implemented in the user’s emotional appeal. The so-called emotional appeal, refers to the use of various tactics, in order to seek the most emotional resonance of the audience as the starting point, so that the audience from the heart to accept your content. The world-renowned cognitive psychologist - Donald Norman’s book Emotional Design is based on different dimensions of the three designs of Visceral, Behavioral, Reflective , Expounds the important position and function of emotion in the design, deeply analyzes how to integrate the emotion into the product design, and solves the contradiction between the usability and beauty of the article. This theory reflects the essence of people’s understanding and perception of the general laws, but also applies to the design of mobile payment platform.
