一、前言: 运动负荷的合理安排是体育运动训练中的重要环节之一。对其量度的把握,有利于运动员身体机能和技术水平的提高。广大教练在训练的实践中已深深体会到:运动负荷过大,造成运动员疲劳过度,产生损伤以致停止训练的现象各运动队时有发生;而负荷过小,就会延长训练过程,影响技术水平的提高。本文根据技巧单跳项目的运动特点,将动作数量、难度动作数量,动作强度指数、难度强度指数,练习密度,即刻平均心率和生理强度指数等参数作为测定和评定运动负荷的指标。这些指标能较客观、全面地反映一堂训练课的运动负荷情况。

These indicators can objectively and comprehensively reflect the exercise load of a training class.
