以二甲苯为溶剂、偶氮二异丁腈为引发剂,在120℃条件下完成了聚丙烯与马来酸酐的接枝反应,考察了引发剂浓度、马来酸酐用量等因素对上述反应的影响。用熔融法制得上一反应产物与聚己内酯的接枝物,并对反应过程进行了研究。结果表明最佳反应时间为6h。接枝物的X射线衍射和DSC分析表明,PCL是以非晶态存在于接枝物中;这使得易于结晶的PCL在DSC谱中显现了玻璃化转变。
Using xylene as solvent and azobisisobutyronitrile as initiator, the grafting reaction of polypropylene with maleic anhydride was completed at 120 ℃. The effects of initiator concentration, maleic anhydride dosage and other factors on the above reaction influences. The grafting product of the previous reaction product and polycaprolactone was prepared by melt method. The reaction process was also studied. The results showed that the best reaction time was 6h. X-ray diffraction and DSC analysis of the graft showed that PCL was present in the graft in an amorphous state; this allowed the easily crystallizable PCL to exhibit a glass transition in the DSC spectrum.
