舌头操假如你想增加体力,可是又缺乏食欲的话,不妨进行增加味觉的舌头操。首先,要进行卷舌头运动,把舌头向里面卷,使舌尖能够到达喉咙的部分。其次,把舌尖卷起,使舌头与嘴巴时的每一个部分都能接触。做完舌头运动后,嘴巴里面将会有唾液,这时候把唾液吞下去,最后,把舌头伸到外边,尽量伸长,使舌头几乎能够舐到鼻子或下颚。这些舌头的运动能够收到良好的保健效果。
