在21世纪,我国的社会主义市场经济迅速发展并逐渐渗透各行业各领域,在举国体制培养竞技体育人才的背景下,后备人才培养上表现出区域分布失衡、后备人才传送率低、少量市场运行造成市场调节能力弱等问题,主要原因可归结为后备人才数量萎缩、体制影响、国家政策等。而后备人才多渠道化培养、规范化训练模式以及运作形式科学化,要求竞技体育后备人才适应市场经济发展趋势,目的是巩固竞技体育后备人才持续发展。
In the 21st century, China’s socialist market economy developed rapidly and gradually penetrated into all fields of various industries.
